We had a wonderful couple in town a few weeks ago. He will be a Medical Resident at the U of M. Medical School and she will be in the Michigan Dental School. They had picked out 10 condos they wanted to see and be moved in by June.
Do you have any idea how frustrating when we can't reach your Realtor to get permission to view? Your condo is vacant, you have moved and we can't reach your Realtor to show it.
Both phone numbers on the listing ticket are he/she personal cell phone numbers. No office number, no back up number, just the cell and guess who isn't answering?
Ann Arbor home sellers, please ask your agent how showings will be set up for your home? Are they available on weekends? If not, how about a back up number.
Mr. and Mrs. Ann Arbor Home Seller, YOU are paying us a lot of money to market and sell your home.
Please hire an agent that returns phone calls.
Our clients left and found a condo to purchase. I'm sorry it wasn't yours, but your Agent did not call us back. What a shame it was on the bus route they desired.
