Last night I waited on the phone for 20 minutes with Comcast. I had stopped getting some channels. We unplugged, plugged did everything we were told to do.
Then all the channels went away.
Then we got hung up on.
We waited for her to call back.
Nope
So we called again waited 23 minutes this time. The support guy asked me if we had unplugged, plugged back etc. Yes we have.
Ok so he sent a signal to out TV.
NOTHING
He then told me to take my box to Comcast today. It's Easter weekend, my husband was gone to a funeral in Ky. My kids were out.
I told him, well I'm going to Twitter.
So I did.
I have been following @comcastcares on Twitter for a couple of years, and he helped me one night at our cottage when we were setting up our wireless for the summer.
So he responded again right away and asked for my phone number.
VOILA!
He has my cable up and running in a few minutes.
Do you think the tech support just didn't care and @ComcastCares does?
