August 2008 saw a total of $9.5 Million in closed condo transactions. There were 56 closings in August 2008, which is down 28% from August 2007.
The number of new condo listings is down 18.5% and year to date the listings for condo's is down 33%. Slowly but surely the inventory is getting absorbed.
The average list price was $170,137.00 down from August 2007 by 9.5%.
