Mike and I went downtown Ann Arbor last week for his birthday. It was in the 50's and Ann Arborites were out in force. Downtown Ann Arbor is like high noon in the summer months until late at night so it gave me some hope that Spring is on the way.
Year after year Cottage Inn is voted the Best Pizza in Ann Arbor, and the restaurant is the same today as it was 27 years ago when we moved here. It was the first place we ate when we moved here that long ago.
The original Cottage Inn is located at 512 E. William Steet and opened its doors in 1948.
Everything is made from scratch and they serve and you can buy their fresh bread for $1.00 a loaf.

My favorite dish at Cottage Inn is the lasagna. Yummy !!
Mike likes the baked spaggetti.

From all the University of Michigan memorabilia to the delicious food it is a great place to dine.If you stop by in the evening you will find the streets of Ann Arbor buzzing with energy as we are enjoying the first taste of Spring weather.
