My daughter had a client call her this week to write and offer on a short sale. When she called the agent the agent had no clue what she was doing. Literally had not ordered a package, hadn't submitted a hardship letter.Christa told her buyer to forget it as it would never happen.
She asked, "What is a short sale package?"
I spent 20 minutes on the phone with an agent this week that I had called to show her listing. She said oh they are taking it off the market and just letting it go to foreclosure.
"What?"
I explained the Short Sale process to her.
Gee.....
