Below you will see a chart that is comparing the Average Price and the Average Days on the Market.  All the area's in Washtenaw County have a longer time on the market.  According to the data the more expensive the house the longer it is going to take to sell.

Chelsea is about 15 miles West of Ann Arbor.

Dexter is about 5 miles West of Ann Arbor.

Manchester is aprox. 10 miles outside Saline and Ypsilanti and Ypsilanti Township is East of Ann Arbor.
