Monika McGullicuddy was sworn in as President of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, this week.
I was so excited to hear this and follow all the news and updates on Twitter and Facebook.
She and her husband Jay have been some of my favorite bloggers since joining Activerain. Monika has always bee active in her local association and serves on the NAR Professional Standards Committee.
Monika has also been elected twice by her peers as Realtor of the Year for NH Association of Realtors.
I had the pleasure of meeting both Jay and Monika at NAR last November in Orlando and look forward to seeing them again at NAR in San Diego. 
If you haven't met Monika or Jay, Monika is the founder of the group Ethics and the Realtor here on Activerain. This is a hugely popular group with over 1860 members.
The group is set up to talk about anything to do with the Code of Ethics. As a NAR Trained Professional Standards teacher, I know we are in good hands when we have the COE questions and concerns come up.
