Hi Missy, you do great market reports and what I like about yours so much is that "live" feature where people can come back for their zip code for the latest update. A graph is so much easier to comprehend than just words often. I hope Saline stabilizes soon with price and DOM.

Missy, with inventories dropping and prices falling, we will have to hit equilibrium at some point. When it will happen is the big question.

Larry, these are Altos reports. There is a group here on Activerain for them. I subscribed as soon as they got Ann Arbor Market Data up and running.
Missy, do you find a lot of consumers signing up, and is that sign-up service provided through Altos? And finally, is there a cost for this?
BTW, this is a great way to provide snippets of info on a large market. i may just decide to do that for Waterbury instead of individualized reports on specific neighborhoods...
William, yes they sign up and I get notified when they do. Just contact Sam through the Altos Group here on Activerain, he can go over the costs to get the live data.
