What a nice listing, and it is amazingly affordable. Nice home.

Good luck with your new listing in Depot Town Missy. Hope you land a great buyer!
Missy- WOW, what a great price! Amazing how the prices have come down. Great for home buyers in the market in Historic Depot Town.
Hi Missy, That is some house for the money. The Buyers will should be able to re-plan the yard space and make it very special. I did notice a raised garden frame. I was actually reading about them today. Did you know that one should not use treated wood as it leaches through the soil in vegetable gardens? I wondered why the wood around many seem to look rotted and they say as long as it holds the bed together, not a big issue. When deteriorated too much, use new untreated wood again. Don't you love trivia stuff. :)
This looks like a nice new listing for you. I hope it sells quickly through your marketing efforts
Thanks
Don
What a sweet place! Very impressed with the renovative work that's been done. Looks like it has a big attraction factor...like a magnet!
I hope it sells quickly. Sounds like a great price . It would have probably sold in a week a few years ago.
