Somehow I did not think that prices are so good for such a large piece of land. $7.5K per acre sounds better than reasonable to me, but then, I am in Florida.

Missy, that is such a great price! If you want to get land at that price, you are way in the country miles down a dirt road!

Missy - Omigod, 10 acres for $74,900? Incredible.  The best I can find is about $.60/SF but that's rare - most lots are in the $10 - $90/Sf range and as high (currently) at $562/SF for ocean front. Sounds like a wonderful opportunity.

Hi Missy, is $ 7500 per acre an average price? It looks like it would make a nice estate, I would prefer a more wooded lot, tough there are quite a few trees around the periphery. Are lots a big selling item in this area? All the best in getting a Buyer under contract. The last lot  I listed and sold was an avocado farm. But that has been years ago. I recall spending some big bucks for a sign that was so big it has to be assembled on the site. My client called before the sale and said she saw half of the sign in a paneled truck sailing down the hwy. The other half was still on the property. I guess whoever took it needed the nice wood.

Wow ten acres for that kind money is just amazing. In my neck of the woods it would sell for at least 3x that! Good luck with it.
