Missy, what an incredible house for that price. Some of the stories out of Michigan from unemployment, to short sales, to foreclosures are nothing less than heartbreaking. I am so hoping here in the near term Michigan will bottom out and start a recovery. So many have had to move away for jobs too. You do a great job in marketing your properties and besides the terrific slide show I like the soothing music that goes along with it. These owners are REAL fortunate they have you representing them. Keep those fingers crossed. Such a lovely home needs some nice people to move in. Good luck.

Great video! What a tool if it wasn't needed to sell this house it should get you listings! The only way it could have been better would have been with a heard of white tail behind the house!
Then again maybe I just like Michigan homes!

Hi Missy - Please post Cary Dr. Short Sale Updates. It will be interesting to see if the lenders start following the new Treasury guidelines, even though they don't go into effect until next April, and may not be tough enough to make them comply.
