My first year in Real Estate I represented Heartland Home Builders in selling his homes in Torwood. We sold about 18 homes in Torwood for the next three years. This subdivision is semi-custom. That means that we had many of our own plans and people could cutomize them, or the buyer could bring their own plans and we would bid them out.
Many families that we sold homes to still live in Torwood, a few have re-built in there a large home, because they love the subdivision so much.
