It is close to World Wide Soccer in Ann Arbor and the Hockey Arena, where the USA Hockey players play. Convenient to I 94 and shopping at Oak Valley Shopping Center.
It is priced at 289,900. This is the house I told you about from the seller who found me on my Activerain blog and had been reading. My first listing as a result of the Activerain blog.

John, I like them both. RealEstateShows is easy and I can upload to realtor dot com free, because I use enhanced listings. No more paying for VT's, I can do them myself. Even on my smaller homes.
I love flyer because of the brochures and the syndication to other web sites and the widgets.
Both have a place and I use them in different places for different things.
