The Ann Arbor Farmers Market is located in the Kerry Town section of Ann Arbor. Every May through December the Farmers Market is open on Wednesdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 3 PM.
On October 30th, the farmers market is holding the 2nd annual pumpkin festival for kids. The kids can come dressed in their Halloween costumes and "Trick or Treat" with all the vendors. While supplies last there will be a pumpkin carving activity between 1 and 3.
October 30th is the Saturday before Halloween so all the wonderful fall vegetables, and flowers will be there. After the kids trick or treat and participate in the all the activities, free cider and donuts will be served in KerryTown.

Heck, I enjoy it in December where I have bought greenery, and little Christmas Trees for my clients.

What I miss most about the north is the autumn and bright fall colors. I can smell the wood fires burning and taste the fresh apple cider. Great post Missy, nothing like a good Farmers Market.
Good afternoon Missy,
What a great Localism post..sure looks and feels like fall..A great selection of pumpkins!
Missy, I think I am going pumpkin shopping for my nieces this weekend.
Missy

Good luck and success.

Missy - Great Farmer's Market - ours has already closed. I am sure there are others locally, so will have to hunt them down, or come out to see yours!
Missy, I love Farmers Markets and just heard that we have one in the area that just re-opened for the fall. All of our farmers markets close during the heat of the summer.
