WOW, what a list of great appointments and improvements on this CUTE, CUTE home! I love that sunporch too. I wish you the best of luck selling this property--being so close to the U of M hospitals should be a huge selling point too.

Missy...this should appeal to the Doctors & Professors at U. of M. That sun porch is charming; the sellers are upgrading so new owner has little left to do. Your area is faster in sales than further Eastern areas in MI. so it should see a new owner soon. Have a great week ahead.

Hello "Missy" and this is a quaint home and close to the University and Hospitals ... (Bonus)! This would be a great Rental Investment Property for someone that wasn't interested in moving to MI. There would be no problem renting this home out being so close to the College & Hospitals ... ;o)
