Ann Arbor Undressed : 1420 Candlewood, Ypsilanti, MI 48198

Ann Arbor ="25 miles surrounded by reality".....and a blog about it. ActiveRain.com

1420 Candlewood, Ypsilanti, MI 48198

Why do things start to happen when you leave town ? One of my dearest friends is in the hospital in Nashville, I flew down today. I love her and she is like a "mom" to me.

I listed three houses today, my daughter took clients out to write an offer tonight,  I re-scheduled two pre-listing appointments until next week, and I got an offer on one of my  listings. That is a busy week for me.

Here is my new listing at 1420 Candlewood in Ypsilanti, MI. It is a fabulous starter home, with tons of upgrades. This wonderful couple closed on a new home with us, last week. They were clients of my Buyer Agent, Pattie.

I love working with a TEAM. They are really stepping up for me so I can be with my "mom'.

Missy, Your team sounds wonderful to step in and help when you're having one of those weeks--I do hope your friend recovers soon.  The home (and video) is lovely...I hope it sells soon.  I hope things calm down a bit, you may need a short break.

Missy - Sorry to hear about your friend,  here is hoping she will feel better soon.  Teams really make sense, when something goes wrong some else can step up.  Your team seems to have had a great week, congratulation.

I haven't blogged listings in a while. I guess I should sit down and apply myself. Put that on the list of things to do.

Missy - I will pray that your "mom" will be alright. I have a "mom" across the street from me who is not doing well, so I know the feeling. Take care of her and love her while you're there.

Missy, sorry for the nature of your "vacation" but someone told me once that if you want your business to increase, all you need to do is leave town - it works!  Hope everything works out OK.

Hi Missy,
That's what I always say too, every time I leave town...clients appear out of nowhere.  I thinking maybe I should just hide out locally.

I hope your friend is doing better.

Missy, I guess a team is as close as we get to being able to bi-locate!  I'm still resisting!

Missy, Didn't you know that there is a rule etched in stone that every time a Realtor goes out of  town their business goes crazy.  It never fails.  I hope your friend is feeling better and I'm glad you have a team to back you up!

I often tell clients, "If you want your home to sell, send me on vacation!"  I'm still waiting on someone to take me up on it.
