Arbor Re/Max Agent and you came up twice on page
one. I had to inform him that I was not with RE/MAX anymore as there is

They are luxury condos with exercise facilities, tennis courts and parks. There are 291 units in the condo community.
Nine of the

Missy, good the you! The brand is simply the box, but people eat the cereal. This is my own personal opinion but I feel that franchise brand identity is losing steam to the empowered individual with a strong individual brand from a strong internet presence.
Were these built by Lombardo? They have the same striking brownstowne style of towhhouse built by Lombardo in our area. Love the floorplans and style. Awfully good of you to put the link to the docs online also!

Cool. It proves that "the market" can vary complex to complex, subdivision to subdivision - all within the same area. Thus the importance of hiring a professional REALTOR who can explain the differences! Good for you! :)
