Looks like such a pastoral setting.  Perhaps you could share with us the cost of the homesites?

We have ac lots and smaller lots. They all start at 100k, the home start at 350K and go up depending on the lot size and home plan. Most of the homes are coming in in the mid 400's up to 550 range after purchasers pick out all the bells and whistles. It is a really nice community, just getting off the ground
