Ann Arbor Condo Market Reports for September

The condo market in Ann Arbor saw less than a 1% decrease in prices for September 2008 from September 2007. Year to date condos' are down 8.5% in Ann Arbor.

The good news for condo buyers in Ann Arbor is that the inventory is also down by 32.75%. For the month of September the condo listings are down 24%. Less inventory on the market is a good thing.

Price your condo right, and be in excellent showing condition and your condo will sell. In Ann Arbor we have so many buyers that are attending school at the University of Michigan for only a few years that many chose to buy a condo so they can focus on school.

Average days on the market for condo sales in Washtenaw County is 91.

Missy... I thought about you all weekend. Jay and I went to the Penn State - Michigan football game down in Happy Valley PA. I'm working on a blog post about it. I know your a big fan..sorry!

Monika, Jay had told me I think on Twitter you all were going. We are not upset, well at least me and my husband. Can't say that about my kids. We are in a rebuilding year, new coach, different offense and 2 QB's not up to Michigan quality.

But we will be back.
