Missy, But of course you should go. How else will you do a blog and tell us all about this workshop?
You will be an expert and may have the opportunity, if you desire, to speak or lead a group in the future.
I would love to go sounds like fun but long drive from Virginia - where did you get your graphic?
I am going to call to go. I am sorry I am going to miss meeting you.
Hey Missy, I think you should be doing the presentation. I am doing a presentation on Feb 10 for our company, and you are much more of an expert that I am.
That would be an event I would want to attend:)
Honestly; I have found that anything "Social-Networking" related that is taught by either the major brokers or the associations are SOOO elementary that for someone like you; you could probably teach the class.
While you may not get anything out of it; being able to share your real-life experiences and examples - would surly benefit others.
This is great -- more and more people are beginning to understand and benefit from social networking.
Cait, I am doing one at Keller Williams in February and at Womans Council of Realtors in February too. I was just joking about not going.
Margaret, I am going, just kidding.Since I belong to so many...
Joan, we actually had to add a another session because it filled up. Now that is a first for a board education class!
James, Thanks I do think it will be pretty basic, LinkedIN, etc..
Bill, LOL of course you would....
PJBelle, I have no idea, I've had it in my data file for photos for so long.
Russ, are you going to the Thursday session?
You could probably help teach the class Missy.I bet you'll enjoy being there.
Missy, I would say you would be the BEST teacher for that class :) At least by you attending you can share your wonderful knowledge of social networking!
Missy - That is good news, here is a chance for those Realtors who are not yet connected to learn how to. It is terrific you will be participating.
I just held my first Active Rain Blogging Seminar....wow.....loved do it........but first time is ......well....first time! :-)
I am not AAABoR, but would you share how or where you got your cute & eye-catching 'networking' link or graphic?
It seems to me that you have the social networking arena covered! But hey, you can always learn new things, right?
SOunds lke a nice event. Good luck, I know you will make lots of new, great friends!
Ha, yes you should go to intimidate/correct Ross Johnson!!
You should be TEACHING the class! But, I'm sure it will be fun to hear what Ross has to say.
Its encouraging that these sessions are being taught at local levels more frequently even if they are at beginner levels.
Missy, that's rather funny. We're having one on Monday. 2 hours,no CE credit, and I was wondering the same thing. Good thing I read Margaret's comment. She keeps me in line with out trying. LOL
Missy - I was happy to see this post, since it confirms something I was thinking earlier today. I have been asked to teach a few seminars for title companies here in Austin, and I was thinking of charging $25/person.
Missy don't you miss this!! it sounds like a great place to mingle. Plus just think - you'll probably be answering some of the questions as they come up! I wish I could be a fly on the wall... have fun!
Missy-I say take it..it might be a refresher or even the very basics...and I can only speak for myself...it seems I pick up at least one thing..making it worth attending! You might want to go...I bet your name will be mentioned! :)
Midori, Of course I'm going, @ToddWaller and I are sitting together. I will learn somethings, as I always do.
Jason, great idea to charge, it makes folks commit.
Sherry, I have no idea but if I remember I will send you an email.
