Homes are Selling, and multiple offers are coming in on Short Sales and Foreclosure's. One of my Buyer agents called me and said, "Missy, I just tried to set up four showings for tomorrow, all short sales or foreclosure's. The listing agent told her don't bother, I have one offer to the bank and more in the wings."
Some area's of Washtenaw County have been hit harder than other area's and the prices are quite frankly beyond believable.
